Our family of 6 (2 adults, 4 teens) came for a spring break ski trip. The place was very spacious and clean. The huge windows with the mountain view were a selling point for us and did not disappoint!! We would definitely recommend staying here.

Pros:Views from the balcony were gorgeous.Close to the mountain (~10 min drive).Spacious.Cons:Broken hot tub our entire stay.Multiple light fixtures were not functional.Heater in un-adjoined bathroom was not functional.Mattress in third bedroom sank in the middle.

Thanks for taking time to provide feedback. I inspected the unit upon your departure and found all the light fixtures functional. Each bedroom has table lamps on a switched outlet that may have caused the confusion. Also, many of the heaters have a control on the cover like the one in the bathroom that was also functional.
I checked the mattress which is softer than the other two. I will let the unit owner know to check for themselves and consider replacement.
We wish you had called us during your stay so we could have helped with the lamps and heaters. We also could have directed you to use the hot tubs in the next building.

"Amazing views!"

The stay was overall good for our group of 7! AMAZING view, wow. Clean place with mostly everything you need. The hot tub didn’t work, which was a huge bummer for all of us considering that was a big reason we got the place. Older place so you can hear when people walk around. Overall, we would stay again simply for the view and great communication and friendliness with the host. Also, great location!

"Annual Ski Trip"

Visited Breckenridge for an annual ski trip out west with my brother and two sons.. Michael's condo was a perfect location with amazing views of the surrounding mountains. The space was clean, easy to get to, access, and close to town. Michael was very helpful and responsive to any questions that came up for a Breck novice. Would definitely stay again!

Michael’s place was amazing! The location was perfect only about 8 minutes to Maine street but far enough away that we didn’t have any traffic to deal with because we were nestled up on the mountain. The place was really clean and had such a cozy feel to it the only thing I would say is if you want to do laundry or use the dishwasher and you buy soap just leave your leftovers for the next person that may not remember to grab it while at the store. Our flight was late and we didn’t get to the property until about 830 but the check in process was a breeze we just picked up our keys from the key box and we’re on our way, it was one of the easiest check ins I’ve done. We had a blast at the property the hot tub was such a great addition after a day on the mountain it was perfect! Michael was super quick to respond which helped us out a lot on planning our trip! Overall we really loved this place and can’t wait to come back!

Gold Point exceeded our expectations. The two story space is in a great location (10 minutes to the gondola) with an unbeatable view. The living areas are open and the bedrooms are comfortable. Michael was easy to communicate and coordinate with. This airbnb made our trip memorable and we would love to come back.

Great place to stay! We had a lot of fun and really enjoyed the place! The place was clean and had everything you could ever need! The only thing i would mention is it's about an 8 minute drive into town, the floors are squeaky so you can hear the neighbors walking, and be wary of the altitude and wildlife!

We received a clan and tidy appartment, the accomodation was warm and familar with a great panoramic view over Breckenridge and the ski resort.We liked the associated jacuzzi of the condominium, but the beds especially the offert 3. bedroom, was far to small for an adult!! Two things make Gold Point great. The first is the view, which is fabulous. The entire Breckenridge ski area spreads out before you. Spectacular sunsets, inspiring sunrises. At night the snow-cat groomers look like fireflies on the mountain.The second is the convenience of the Summit Stage bus stop being right at the entrance to the property. Very convenient and reliable. Saves the expense of having to rent a car.

"Awesome, peaceful, beautiful restful, convenient location . The BEST"

Very comfortable and clean. Within walking distance of excellent restaurants (Empire Burger, Kenosha, Columbine-for breakfast and lunch) yet very private location with a view of a national forest across the beautiful Blue River. Leaving the window open, as the weather was the perfect temperature, filled the bedroom with the sounds of the river running over the rocks. My husband enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub on the deck which overlooked the river. We would love to stay here again with our 2 daughters and their families sometime in the future. We also appreciated that there was a no pet and no smoking policy which would have prevented us from renting due to our allergies.
