Great location! Plenty of room for the family. Walking distance to town but felt like you were miles away. Loved the stream out back. Michael took great care of us.

"Our favorite stay in Breck!"

These place is our favorite that we have stayed in Breckenridge. The main floor is very spacious with a big dinning table.There are 3 balconies in the property which all face a creek. We saw moose (safely) everyday and saw two snow foxes playing around. Location and proximity to town is super close as well.

Property was in great location, and very spacious. Everything worked very well but the only problem was that the hot tub wouldn’t heat the water.

We absolutely LOVED this condo. The best part, hands down, is the view off all THREE balconies. The balconies overlook the river and the forest. It was so gorgeous. The hiking/walking trails thru the woods are literally steps outside the front door. I walked outside every morning, wandering under the trees with the squirrels. Because its an end unit, the kitchen/dining area also has a view of a huge Aspen tree (which was bright yellow when we were there in late Sept). Location is an easy walk to town. We enjoyed the private hot tub regularly and the fireplace. Kitchen and bedrooms well stocked. All in all I highly recommend this unit.

Would highly recommend this property! We stayed a long weekend for Octoberfest and had a great time. Management was very responsive to the one issue we had.

Even if everything hadn't been as great as it was, the backyard creek alone would have convinced us to return! Lucky for us the house was clean, the furnishings were lovely and comfortable, the kitchen was one of the best-stocked ones I've ever rented (not often do you have a food processor or stock pot). It was easy to keep adults and children happy with all the amenities available.The access to town was awesome: we could pick a pretty hike along the creek, a walk through the nice neighborhood sidewalks, or a free bus ride from a bus stop just a block away. Whenever we had a problem ( which had more to do with us not knowing how to make things work rather than anything being wrong) the property manager was gracious and patient and responded very promptly.

We loved our stay! We thoroughly enjoyed the private hot tub, spacious living/kitchen/dining area and view of the woods & stream.<br/>The close proximity to everything was great! We had awesome snow over Spring Break!!!<br/>The heated garage was wonderful.<br/>(Wish Breck / Peak 9 had options for overnight ski & boot storage)

Wonderful. As others mention the rental itself is a bit dated and worn and there are little things that could easily be fixed, but for the price the location, the view, and the room, it cannot be beat. 6 adults 6 days.3 people working from the condo! And it worked out perfectly. Loved the hot tub at the condo and the big hot tubs and pool across the street. Hiking trails right behind the condo also perfect for hopping on and off the ski lifts. So if you expect sparkling clean totally updated rental this isn’t the place. But if you want a great location and vacation at a good price and you dont mind holding the toilet handle down for an extended period or spending time searching for unmatched kitchen utensils and plates. Then this is your place! We literally would book again tomorrow if we had more vaca time. Maybe next fall...

Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and there is a half bath on the floor that has the living room and kitchen. You are <5 min walk from a free shuttle that will take you to the base of Peak 9, and walkable distance from many of the restaurants and bars on main street. The hot tub is a great for apres ski evenings, there is a washer/dryer to dry wet clothes, and the kitchen was well stocked with the utensils/spices needed for cooking.

Spacious 3 bedroom condo with beautiful creek view, great location, walk to downtown in the summer in 10 min. A nice place for a large groups as there is plenty of space for everyone and all private bathrooms. Quiet area, lovely creek view and access to trails. The unit was very clean, but it is a bit older and some windows that are difficult to operate, but overall, its great.

The property was very clean and had everything we needed. A big plus for the private hot tub with fantastic views especially that most hot tubs in the area are either restricted or closed due to COVID. 10 out of 10 would stay here again.

The place was nice and clean and conveniently located. But it was a little dated, and could use a little bit of attention. The kitchen was small, and the hot tub could only fit about 3-4 people...which is small for a place that rooms 6+ people.
