Loved the location and the main room is absolutely stunning. Living room was a great place to hang out after skiing next to the fire and we loved the updated kitchen and the dining room table for playing some family games (they are well stocked). Master bedroom/bath are nicely updated and comfortable. Only issues was the lower level was not updated. The mattresses were lumpy and the sheets/comforters were really old and had some stains. One bathroom downstairs is carpeted. For the price, the lower level needs new mattresses and needs some overall TLC. The top 2 floors were wonderful, though. And the management company was very responsive and even let us stay a few hours past check out to accommodate our flight out.

This rental had a garage which was not accessible so we had to park the car outside. The beds downstairs were not comfortable and the heating system was set on a program thermostat that was hard to adjust with no instructions , Rented this place 10 years ago and it was nice but not this time.

"Perfect Getaway"

I stayed five days with a friend and our teenage kids. The place is great! Sleeping rooms are upstairs and downstairs with the kitchen / great room area on the main floor so you have the ability to spread out or gather by the fireplace and cook. Fully stocked kitchen which was nice as we all hung out in the evenings and cooked. Three full bathrooms is a huge plus! The bus stops right out front which is crazy convenient. My daughter and I went cross county skiing twice at the Nordic center which is right next door. One of the trails is right off the back porch. Great place! Saw three foxes! Plan on visiting again.

"Cozy and convenient "

We had a wonderful week here! The house is comfortable, clean, and cozy. We loved the fireplace after spending all day in the cold. The kitchen was fully equipped and functional (with knives that are actually sharp!). The shuttle to the resort or downtown stops right in front of the house and the Nordic Center is right next door for those who prefer to cross country ski or snowshoe. A great home base for your Colorado adventures!
