Great quiet place. It was simple to check-in late. It was helpful that the sink/mirror had its own space outside of the toilet and shower area. This made getting ready so much faster. The Murphy bed and the pullout couch shared the living room space, but this worked well with 2 teenage boys. The walk to town was a bit, but we did it many times without a problem. It was worth the walk to not look for parking near Main St. The dedicated covered parking space (room for 2 cars) at the condo made parking so easy! We loved having a fireplace, even in the summer.

Great condo right next to the free ride bus stop on the brown line. Easy check in and check out. Great one bedroom with a pull down bed in the living room. Clean and very quiet. Would stay here again.

Great place! Perfect little spot close enough to mountain. Michael was amazing at communicating and helping out. We had a firm bed issue and he without hesitation brought over bed toppers while we were out enjoying the mountain! Great host! And really appreciate his hospitality and willing to do whatever was needed! Made our stay really enjoyable! Def will be back! Thank you Michael and thank you for your professionalism and wanting to meet us the day we came in! Even thought we shredded the mountain I stopped by and he was there still to say hi!

The unit was great to stay in, very clean and had everything that you need for a comfortable stay. The Ski and Racquet club is a couple blocks off the main street strip but still walking distance to town and the shuttle is very easy. Michael was super responsive and helpful and was a great host.

Overall, the place was clean, well furnished and in a good location. Only complaint is the comfort of the platform bed in the living room nook. The owners really should place a sheet of plywood or something solid between the 2X4's and the mattress. For anyone other than a small child, the 2X4's make it very uncomfortable.

Ski & Racquet #103-C is a modernized yet still quintessentially a mountain cabin feel. Yes it is small, but it is so eloquently designed that our family of 5 (16, 12, & 7) stayed comfortably for almost an entire week! The kitchen is designed perfectly for the space and we definitely cooked more than we ate out; which is unheard of on vaca for us! The local grocer had an amazing selection we just couldn't help ourselves! And the view from the balcony we took in every single day and never got old despite the temps! The managing staff was so nice and informative! And despite going during a pandemic Breck did not disappoint! This was our first vaca outside of TX and we are looking forward to many more, hopefully some of which will be in this very location! Thank y'all so much for helping make our experience just that much more magical!!!

It honestly had more space than the pictures led me to believe. It also had a balcony with cute lights, which I didn't remember seeing in the photos but was happy to find. Lots of amenities, kitchen was full with everything you need, lots of board games available in the bedroom baskets, lots of extra sheets, lots of room to sit. I also appreciated that the sink was in a separate space from the toilet and shower so there wasn't any bottleneck there. Overall much better than I expected!

Unit layout was just as advertised and unit is updated, well maintained and quite. The trundle bed is a great use of space in the living room. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. Not much storage space to unpack. The bus stop is very convinient and runs every 15 minutes!! Dont have to pay for parking at the slopes or downtown. The property manager is extremely professional, helpful and responsive. He raplaced a broken coffee in a couple of hours. We skied each day and had a great dining experience at the South Ridge Seafood restaurand. The only bummer was that the clubhouse, pool and hot tubs were closed due to covid. Definitely stay there again!

This is a great location for a trip to Breckenridge. While this is on the edge of town you are right next to the bus stop, which makes everything convenient. A nice small modern condo with all the necessary utensils for an extended stay. Thanks!

Nice place! Great location, roomy open layout, and stocked kitchen. Walking distance to Breckenridge brewery and main street. Lots of knick-knacks on the shelves limiting storage if you pack for kids or a longer stay, and bring your own pillows. Overall great stay!
