Property was very spacious and clean. Much nicer in person than shown in pictures. The only issue we had was with transportation. The free "trolly" never came and the free public bus was a VERY long wait in the cold. That was the only issue we had with the property. <br/>

Me and a group of friends stayed here for a long weekend and it was perfect. The pictures dont do it any justice. There was plenty of room for everything and we really enjoyed the spa! would definitely stay here again when in Breck.

We loved everything about this condo!!!! It was perfect!!! So very spacious and had everything we needed. So close to everything and having the bus stop right outside was wonderful. The underground garage with storage was incredibly convenient. We all commented how quiet and peaceful the condo was and the view toward the mountain was spectacular. Only improvement that could be made was the mattress on the fold out couch was EXTREMELY uncomfortable as you could feel all of the springs. Other than that we highly recommend and can't wait to come back.

Pleasantly surprised when we arrived, new looking building, close to road and ski shuttle stop. Interior was clean, well equipped with appliances, tableware and linens. One small problem with drain in shower that was quickly repaired while we were skiing the first day. Would stay here again and would recommend to other renters. Stayed five nights.

Wonderful place. Huge! Modern, neat, tidy, clean, and convenie t. Great hot tub as well. Right at the bus stop, so easy to catch the free bus to the slopes. Underground I ND parking with ski storage lockers, and a place to lock up your bikes as well.

Spacious, clean, cozy - situated closely to downtown Breck. There are wooden shutters on the interior of the windows if you prefer natural lighting and the view of the mountains from the balcony is picturesque. I will be booking at Woods Manor again this year for a December stay.

I am so happy we decided to pick this place to stay! I thought it was going to be small just a place for us to sleep. The living room was perfect the rooms fit my husband and I and our children perfect. Will definitely be staying here again!!

Liked the location; within walking distance to town or trolley stop is right outside the condo. The recliner was broken and as soon as my husband sat down in it he fell backwards out of it. Luckily he wasn't hurt. There are no chairs to sit out on the balcony to enjoy the fabulous view like all the other places. We did like that there was plenty of dishes, supplies etc in the kitchen for cooking.

We, ( 2 adults and 2 teenagers) stayed at Woods Manor and it was perfect for us! We loved having all the space and the two bathrooms were essential . The WIFI was nice for our girls after a long day of hiking 14ers and trails. Can't wait to go back!

This location and living space were perfect for getting right on the ski shuttle. It is also very close to down town Breck including grocery stores. We had a great stay with plenty of room for the kids. The balcony overlooking peak 9 and a easy gas fire place. We had a great stay here and so will you. Very clean and the washer dryer helped keep us dry on the slopes.

Woods Manor was a great unit. Close to town and shuttle at the bottom of the driveway too. So nice to have an elevator in the garage to bring up all of our luggage directly from the car. The unit was spacious and bright. Very Clean unit. The kids loved the large Tv's and stereo's. I loved having the washer/dryer in the unit to dry the days ski and sledding clothes too. Great hot tub available in the clubhouse as well. We highly recommend this unit for families!

Pros:Well designed floor plan (open living/dining/kitchen) and plenty of closet/storage space. Kitchen equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, cookware, & grill utinsels (but no potatoe peeler). Parking & Elevator very functional. Clubhouse very accessible. Jacuzzi, steam shower, & sauna clean and easy to operate. Table tennis an unexpected plus. Third floor extremely quite and views incredible.Cons:Only one parking space allowed in garage per unit. Several days we were the only vehicle in garage and was never more than half occupied, but could not leave small trailor inside. Shuttle runs only twice an hour (brown route) and never saw once in our 8 day stay.

I would give the facility a 3.8. It was located very close to the resort. The only problem was that we saw so many different hairs on the duvet covers on the twin beds, it kinda grossed us out. Also the batteries for the DVD player's remote were dead.Other than that the facility was great, especially the jacuzzi.

Yuck!! Thanks for responding to our survey. That unit recently had all the bedding laundered but a more recent guest must be losing their hair and I am sorry we missed it! I will immediately get the duvet covers laundered again. Let us know next time so I can take care of it during your stay.

Breckinridge Co was amazing! The office staff was beyond helpful. Everyone wants honest, so i'll be honest. We walked into apartment to a fishy smell coming from the sink. We contacted after hours staff. They sent someone over right away and did a cleaning the second day. smell was completely gone! We cooked in the kitchen all weekend! We were well taken care of! the windows you see in the picture above is the view of Breck mountain. This apartment lucked out! we ate meals and drank coffee mountain view. we loved the location close to town! we had 4 people, but could easily sleep more. We had a great time and believe you will too!
